Easy, if you are running windows you should hold windows movie inventor installed. I don't know exactly what to do in movie inventor but I'm sure its pretty simple. just run and play around in it, you will work it out.
I shot some mini movies next to my new canon digital camera and I import them into win movie maker and it be pretty easy.
