Sony camcorders. are they virtuous?

which type is the best. is it dvd or hdd? i want a simple one by the way!! newly to record and keep under surveillance family occasion. a good, simple one.


Answers:    Get a Canon DVD far better than the Sony
Get a MiniDV, they're at the top of their spectator sport and cheaper than the others. DVD is hit and miss, HDD is still young and have a way to be in motion before it get really good. Unless you're shooting for High Def later you'd be wasting your money on HDD or DVD imo.
