New Camcorder?

Hey i just bought a Sony Handycam DCR-HC38. Im have a hard time putting the video on the computer to watch. Also can u bowdlerize the vidoes that are already on the camcorder?

You cant edit the movie on the cam you own to copy to computer and then repress
