Putting mini dvs on computer?
Answers: if you plug your camera into your pc next to a usb cable, the pc will trade name another drive, if you go to that drive you should see what you hold on the camera, then you can move it to c drive or doesn`t matter what drive you want
Try it this way
Use a programme call VideoStudio - you take the mini-disc out of your camcorder and put it into the DVD tray of your PC making sure it sits centrally surrounded by the little depression made for it. You may have to 'finalise' the mini DVD your camera instruction manual will tell you how to do that - you should register though that once you have finalised a disc you will not be capable of use it again or add further video to it.
Inside VideoStudio you select "Insert DVD/DVD-VR" and point the programme at the DVD and follow the prompts and the video is copied from the disc into the timeline of VideoStudio so that you can edit it - join lots of different videos together cut out bits you don't want - give titles/music/narration - If you wish you can afterwards output a file to e-mail or upload to Youtube etc. - and finally burn to a full size DVD to play contained by a standard player.
