Which one?

I know neither of them are going to be GREAT quality, but I want something to enjoy around with the kids. An expensive toy perchance. lol I'm stuck between two. Watching videos the Aiptek seem to have better nouns quality but I'm hoping to hear from someone who have experience with one or both of them.
