How can i journal something rotten the tv near a video camera?

How can I record bad the t.v with a camera and not hold black lines going through??

Answers:    Would need to know what variety of camera you are using. The BEST way is to nick the source of the tv image (a VCR, DVD player, Cable box, etc) and purloin the line out and run that into your camera -- assuming it have inputs. If you must shoot the screen, use the slowest shutter speed you can, otherwise the roll shaft is going to be an issue. Also, if there is any opening to shoot a flat screen (LCD, Plasma) instead of a CRT, your print will be much better.
Can you do that? Is it possible given the copyrights of programmes and films ?
