After using my camcorder for three hours with the cameras flimsy on to film my sister's arts school project it stopped working right All it shows is a distorted view of what it is film. It is now lately shows thin vertical lines of color that pick up the buoyant. I think the boil form the light ruined the lens. It plays hindmost fine and everything else works. Does any one know what is spefically wrong with it and do I hold to replace parts or ditch that and get a exotic one altoghter?
Answers: I had the exact same problem.i took mine to a camcorder store(ritz)and agree to them fix it and it cost $100.and still it isnt perfect.you can still see its messed up.i suggest the better thing to do is to buy a alien camera.
