should i convert my video to another format. if so what software should i use.?

Answers:    YouTube will automatically downscale video quality, so it may not be the best course of distributing your videos if you want glorious quality.

In reality YouTube displays videos at a superior resolution than it downscales them to, effectively guaranteeing that the quality will be discouraging.

Converting to another format will make no reorganization at all. In reality this is only plausible to degrade the trait.

You could maybe try record your video at a high level so that you can view them elevated resolution yourself, and then use a converter such as Super: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
to convert them to a format suitable for YouTube or another form of publishing.
no, the picture is fine, conceivably play in front of something better instead of your bed
