My dad bought me this really expensive camcorder, and it doesn't work! It has really poor aspect, and the lighting is horrible. In perfect pale, it's totally dark. And it take pictures too, but they're all fuzzy. My dad already returned the rebate, so we might not be capable of return it. I feel horrible! My parents dried up a lot of money on something that doesn't even work. What should I do? Do you reckon that I can return it? Thanks to everyone who answers! :)

If anything I'm sure you could return it for store credit wherever your parents get it and maybe take a new one that works -- or something else close to a digital camera.
But yeah if you dont have the receiving not many places will do a full reimbursement. Try for an exchange -- u shouldnt be stuck with a crappy endowment!
You should be able to exchange it for one explicitly working.
Have you gone through the manual and checked the settings?
If the lens verbs?
I'd make sure I be operating it properly before writing it past its sell-by date.
