I want to find a well brought-up camcorder but I'm confused?

I want it to be from $0-400
I see sony has some, but I don't know the DVd or anything buisness I saw they have a DCR-HC48 MiniDV Handycam(R) Camcorder but do i necessitate a dvd burner or something like that.
will it hold really long to upload to computer
is it difficult
does it take picture
which camcorder would be the best
i want pious sound and hd video, except, just great video talent
