HELP! Sony DCR-SR72 Camcorder not recognised by my computer Windows XP -so how can I install the Sony software
I own just bought a Sony Camcorder DCR-SR72 and it is film fine. However when I tried to download it to my computer it won't let me. I follow the instructions on the Sony disc to install the Picture Motion Browser but when it get to the bit where it wishes you to connect the camcorder via USB it says it isn't connected when it is!! It won't tolerate me get any further. Please can anyone give a hand. If not do you know of an email address for Sony in UK to minister to with this. Thanks adjectives
Answers: I too had this problem. After you hold reached the stage of connecting the camcorder to the computer , get underway your camcorder screen and touch the computer pic on the blind and then everything will crash in place. Shame Sony have not put this vital instruction contained by their manual. Good Luck!
