Problems uploading video from my Canon ZR830 to my computer?

I am having problems uploading video from my Canon ZR830 to my Dell Dimension 4500 Computer. According to the manual I may requirement a DV Cable and I dont know if my computer has the DV port. If my computer does not hold the port please tell me where on earth I can buy the part so my computer have a DV (IEEE1394) Terminal.

Buy a PCI Firewire card and install it contained by your PC.
