Swapping video camera footage to internet...?

I have an ripened video camera with record footage on VHS-C (the small vcr looking tapes) I can plug into the TV with AV outlets to keep watch on it. Is there anything i can buy to plug this into the computer and put this footage online?

Answers:    Purchase a firewire. I regard it should be a 4 and 6 point prong. You can purchase at Circuit City, Best Buy...etc. You might want to take a look at the firewire outlet on your pc/laptop beforehand you go to the store and also on your camera. Then you can use Windows Movie Maker or Adobe Premiere Elements and when you plug surrounded by the firewire into the computer and camera it'll automatically start recording your cassette....etc etc. From there you can use the Movie Maker or Elements to certainly convert to an internet file, email, dvd...etc. The firewire emblem looks similar to a three point radar. Can't describe it any other way but you'll find it on the pc/laptop in the neighbourhood usb connections...etc.
I'm sure there is something that you can use, I ponder if you pop in to Jessops or somewhere resembling that, they will be able to relate you :-)
Good Luck
