Answers: You won't be capable of use the Pentax, as it shoots stills, but you should be able to use your JVC HDD video camera as a network cam.
There should be a USB cord with your camera. It's largely used to transfer still similes to your computer, but when you plug it in, turn your camcorder on as though you be going to tape something. Your computer should make out it and you should be able to use it as a webcam. You may own to change a setting on your camcorder, but I can't bring up to date you how unless I know the exact model. The best thing to do is Google hunt using your camera's name and model number and the word webcam. Also, if you still hold the book- check that out.
