Pretty much anything beside mic-in jack(s) for external mic connections and manual audio controls. Of course, that mode you don't want to use an audio field recorder (like those from Fostex)...

And it depends whether you want 24p or are healthy with the method video looks.

If 24p and video (not film), I would suggest a Panasonic HDX200 or HPX500. Since you didn't specify, what are you using for mics, lighting and all the other stuff that go into making films?
