Can anyone facilitate me next to camera Problems.?

I have a Kodak easyshare M883

i turned it on.
and later put it on Review
plugged it in, to verbs the photos/videos.
but it won't open the Kodak entry.

i tried plugging it in into other USB ports, but won't plain it.
the first time it said that the device couldnt' be read, or something like that.
idk.

a few other ppl be using it.
is there something on the Camera that wishes to be moved so it can transfer it?


Answers:    The Kodak EasyShare software is horrible.
Plug the camera surrounded by before turning it on.
Or use a card reader.
