What is a honourable rca to usb adapter? I own a svhs c camcorder, and want to embezzle what I diary & bring it to laptop?

I have a JVC SVHS-C camcorder. I want to be capable of shoot, and if possible, invasion what I'm shooting directly to my computers. I have a desktop, near XP, and a laptop with Vista. What are some wearing clothes rca to usb packages that are compatible with both of my OSs, and aren't too expensive?

It comes with it's own seizure software, capture at 8 mb notes rate, any more is a waste of filespace. The card is smaller number than $100. For around $20 (ebay) you can buy Nero 6 which is great editing and dvd writing software. Write at 7mb, which is about optimum.
