I have purely got a sony handycam next to sony's "picture motion browser" software, however, my laptop is 64 bit windows vista and when i click "introduction video" the software just stops responding >:(
1. is at hand any free software i can use to import video (64 bit)
2. the camera have a hard drive so is not recognised as a camera by window - is this a problem?
please help!
Answers: Its a Sony specific format. Id try re-installing it, later calling Sony if it doesn't work.
