Please minister to near my video Camera problems!?

I want a camcorer with the best picture part possible for $300. I know not much but please help! This is one of the bigest things: It desires a headphone and microphone jack. Thanks!

This is hard to explain online and I am taking the inefficient route, but honestly going to a store like Ultimate Electronics is unflawed. They are very useful.
