how do i hook up a camcorder to a PC without a firewire cable. I hold a camcorder to TV cable, and they fit inside the computer, because the computer has the red, white, and washed out inputs, but it doesn't show up on my computer.

if those are the audio/video input cable then adjectives you need to do is run the program that runs that input or a software to takeover from it.
Does it not have usb system??
powerfully I would first cheek my coputer see if up in the e drive or try the usb plug if you don't see the camcoder mane .
I would also one of my moive build software n see if I down load any mida files that might sustain
