I have software on my computer from Sony and also from Fuji. If I shoot next to Sony camera it's picked up by Sony and Fuji software and same holds true when using Fuji camera, Sony software picks it up also. So in essence when using any camera I get same photos twice. I guess that's ok beside me..anything that I should be aware of? ALSO, when comparing photos from each software they look very same. Should this be or should coloring be a little different from one another?
Answers: I don't have a sneaking suspicion that you have a problem here at adjectives. Your software should recognize photos that are on your computer, and both pieces of software are doing that. What you don't want is for BOTH programs to download the descriptions to the computer; you don't need two copies of every photo on your computer. It's exactly indistinguishable file both times. Make sure that both programs are simply "seeing" duplicate files, instead of creating copies of every photo.
As for comparing the photos, they should look identical. It's like peas in a pod file, so it should look impossible to tell apart. Good to know that both programs are doing their job.
