Video camera issue?
So is in that ne way she could? or is here any software she could download that would let her do that (MAC one and only software pleze!)
Answers: It depends on what kind of camera she have (or better yet, how she can connect it to her computer). If it's a relatively contemporary camera (like a MiniDV camera), she should be able to. The vital thing is that it have a Firewire port (also called IEEE 1394 or i.LINK). If it have a Firewire port, a Mac can use it as a webcam!
All she has to do is connect the camera to the computer via the standard Firewire cable. Any video chatting software (like iChat or Skype) should pick up the camera (once it's plugged surrounded by and turned on) as a normal webcam.
Good luck!
Some video cameras can do this. But the solely way to know if hers can is to READ the instruction book. What a concept, huh?
