ok i have the cybershot camera here is how it looks.
http://www.dphotojournal.com/wp-content/... brother droped it and the optical zoom wont stay out it go back contained by when it comes out and my camera dosnt want to take pictures.i can still see the dated ones and see the videos.when he dropped it it fell straight on the side of the optical zoom.my brother be taking the pic when they dropped it.now it wont work and im startled becuz i just get it for x-mas.im really upset.can someone plz help me!i obligation help similar to now!
Answers: If you of late got it, it might be covered underneath warranty, check your records - you might know how to get it fixed by Sony.
