How do I picture a TV?

I'm making a file for my multi-media class and have need of a TV on in the framework but I don't want to have those black lines going across the peak. Is their a way to not hold this happen?


Answers:    On a vhs-c camrea you can buy these tape you put the mini tapes into and they play it on a vhs player. you call for to get one and plug those contained by a pick the show you need. later record as you would on a reqular vhs. it wont hurt anything. i tried. hope this helps

The "picture" on the TV set have to be synchronized with the video camera. This can be done if the camera have a genlock input. Run the same video as the TV is displaying to the camera genlock.
Camcorders once in a while have a genlock nouns, this is generally found on "studio" type cameras. Talk to the medium dept at your school, they may hold a camera that can do this trick. You will also need a video recorder to occupation the output from the camera.
