How can I see contents of a mini DVD of my Camcorder?
I have bought a Camcorder, and I hold recorded a mini DVD beside it (30 minutes).
How can I see the contents of this mini DVD on my computer?
When I put the mini DVD on my computer, my DVD Players (Windows Media Player, and WinDVD) don't recognize the mini DVD at adjectives.
It shows it as an empty disk, but at hand are 30 minutes of movie recorded.
Do I requirement to install any driver on my PC to recognize this mini DVD?
Any design, helps are importantly appreciated.
Answers: Look in the menus on the camcorder to finalise the miniDVD. Then it should play on anything.
Use a programme such as Ulead VideoStudio - you steal the mini-disc out of your camcorder and put it into the DVD tray of your PC making sure it sits centrally in the little depression made for it. You may enjoy to 'finalise' the mini DVD your camera manual will report you how to do that - but you should note that once a DVD is finalised you cannot story any more video on it.
Inside VideoStudio you select "Insert DVD" and point the programme at the DVD and follow the prompts and the video is copied from the disc into the timeline of VideoStudio so that you can edit it - tag on lots of different videos together - make the addition of titles/music/narration - make a folder that you can e-mail or upload to 'Youtube' etc. and finally burn to a full size DVD to play in a standard player.
