I've pretty much settled on a mini-DV from what I've read and the manageable cost, but how do you seize the video from your camera to the tv, computer, etc? will I have to buy extra trappings? Is mini-DV the same as mini-DVD? Help? I know nil about this stuff!
Answers: If the camcorder does not hold a USB connector, you will probably need a video card for your PC that you can use near analog cables. Most DV cameras should work only just fine for your needs.
