I want to record movies surrounded by any light, hold filters, darkness vision, editing on camera and also on the computer so what editing software is out within, i also want the picture to be great and able to use on vista. I want to create docudramas and movies on this camcorder so i need to know what manner of format it works with and adjectives that jazz. And what would be the best place to find it for the lowest price possible. Would it be better to get a Mac or use the computer i own now. It's legally new nearly a year or so old.

look into what mode of editing can be done on camera/camcorder you buy,i use a hitachi camcorder and a canon power shot camera features on them are different colors,black and white,my software is roxio media 9 suite,up to two days ago i would own told you to buy,but turned out it needed two update/fixes which i did not know about and cause software problems(conflicts)i had to do verbs install of vista to fix,problems also on me/98/xp versions.use the computer you hold,it's not old.
