Best Solid-State Video Recorder for Low Light Use?
What would you utter is the best camera of this type for recording video in low standard lamp. I can't find anything with a part like Sony's Night Shot. What do you deduce?
Answers: do you not like the Sony? It is the best here is some info on it.
Among almost adjectives CCD devices on sales, Sony's Nightshot Camcorders own the highest sensitivity plane for the NIR. To take a translucent picture with a Sony Nightshot Camcorder, you freshly need to attach the PF on the idea lens after setting it on the Nightshot mode.
Switching to 'Nightshot mode' physically displaces the camcorder's internal glass filter call "IR Cut Filter (ICF)", which means that much more NIR feathery reaches the CCD. In-between the optical lens and the CCD, most camcorders enjoy this special "ICF". It is there to compensate the colorings and the tones of the information reaching the CCD by blocking the NIR and ultraviolet rays. Since the CCD is originally more sensitive to NIR a bit than the visible rays, as shown at the graph below, it would be impossible to create a colloquial image on the viewfinder or LCD eyeshade for the human eye without this ICF. However, this ICF, which blocks bad the NIR, is the biggest obstacle surrounded by seeing-through and night viewing+.
Panasonic also make a few of them.
There are some Panasonic camcorder models with a "Nightview" or "MagicVU" portion exactly like Sony's "Nightshot" phase. These models are NV-VX37, NV-VX57, NV-VX87, PV-DV401, PV-DV601 etc. You can assume that these models work the same instrument as Sony's old Nightshot models. perfect luck
