What is difference for camcoders and video-recoders.?

Answers:    A video recorder or VCR just documents video, it does not have a camera bit. The original portable setup have a portable VCR that connected by a cable to a Camera, some times called the 2-piece outfit. It be a balanced solution within that the camera rested on one shoulder and the recorder hung by a strap from the other.

A camcorder has the camera and recorder integrated into duplicate device. The first consumer camcorder was the video 8 system invented by Kodak for replacement of 8mm picture. Kodak dropped out of the video business, but video 8 was champion by Sony and was reasonably successful. Sony's competitors using VHS soon dropped the portable VCR and changed to camcorder designs. This all happen in the mid-1980s.
