I enjoy a sony camra and when i turn it on it pops up and have a flashing arrow pointing up and contained by the corner.

it says c:31:23 (also flashing) the engineer of the camra is sony dcr-trv250 ntsc 10 point to whoever gets it to work

if this doesn't work, you may hold to send the camcorder contained by for repairs.
