Answers: your camcorder should own came near a disc to put in your computer it is the software you hold to put in to know how to use it and if this doesn't work once it is plugged in by the usb cord step to windows explorer and on the my computer profile it will have a folder that says removable disc f or something similar to that double click it and it should take you to your video on there and click on it once hold the click and drag it into another report stop the connection between the camcorder and the computer unplug the usb and turn to the folder you moved the video into and your video will be there sorry this message is so long hope this help!
