i have a panasonic pv-GS80 camcorder,Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop,Fire Wall Cable, IEEE 1394 Card....I've be trying to upload all daylight,and everytime i go to Windows Movie Maker and click on "Import Video from Digital Device" the computer does nil it says "if the device isn't displayed surrounded by the box, check to make sure camera is connected to your computer and click REFRESH" which i do and still Nothing.......please facilitate im Really Confused i called panasonic twice and they be NO HELP at ALL!
Answers: It's true that not all software and hardware is compatible beside Vista, but I find I do better with using the software that come with my video camera, it's in reality made to work with your camera. Mine come with Pinacle studio 9.
you should know that in attendance are many software and drivers doesent work on vista , be sure that its work on vista
