I have a home video of my daughters first birthday i.e. 9 years old. The picture in the cassette has ripped apart. I am only just wondering if this can be fixed an I might be able to salvage what i can from the video.
Answers: If the tape is useful to you, take it to a pro. If you live fundamental any city there will be at tiniest a few video shops that can do tape repair. Getting a video spliced shouldn't cost more than $20 or so at the most. Once the tape is fixed, you could enjoy the tape converted to DVD for a small tax too.
