Good Camera?

What is a good camera to achieve? I want one that can take at lowest possible 45 minutes of video nonstop, it would be nice if be high def video too, it have to be able to not merely take video, but pictures too. It also must be small so i can sneak it out and take pics during college and stuff. Any ideas?
