Digital Camera/Camcorder?

I am looking for a digital camera or a camcorder. Both need to be used beside a memory stick. No tape. I am looking for it to be beneath 300 dollars. It needs to do adjectives the normal stuff, embezzle pictures/movies/editing etc... Thanks!


Answers:    Sanyo Xacti has be great for me. Also comes with software ulead which can takeover pics from the video. Camera is not really the best, but for video and easy usage the Sanyo Xacti is great. I be able to bring back a HD model off ebay for smaller quantity then $300 beside S&H, but if you want a new one the non HD is at wal-mart for $299 if you want to step to a store or amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/Sanyo-MPEG-4-Memor... That is a bit cheaper if you have the time to keep on. Also get a clothed speed memory card so the video does not skip.
