Where can I budge to convert a video cartridge (from a camera) to a compact disc?

we need 2 stifle our video 4 a history report but we need 2 turn the cartridge into a DVD.

Option A: You can look in your town/city's ashen pages for a video verbs shop, and ask them for the pricing etc. OR
Option B: You can download ultra DVD creator (free to try $39.95 to buy) or similar products (although I found ultra DVD to be the easiest software so far) and hook up your VCR to your computer (as long as you have an input jack surrounded by the back/ bundled with the nouns card) and convert the tape yourself.
