Ive get a hitachi DZ-3000E (pal) and when i conect it to the computer...?

i connect it to the computer and then it make the sound to voice its connected but then wat do i do, how do i download the movie from the cam corder, ive looked every where on earth?

Answers: are you using imagemixer3,it is made for hitachi camcorders.
