Answers:    Theres the flip video camera...
I'm not sure if it allws you to story, then gap, then dictation again
But you can always use window movie maker to bowdlerize the clips together.
yeah i have on, its JVC, it allows you to text and pause next recording again, but you can't upload your video to the computer. but may be there is a newer reworked copy that can upload videos to the computer.
