loaded softwear from pinnacle site (supplied softwear would not download, when i try to copy from video player to hard drive i lately get a blank eyeshade. if i try to copy direct to dvd recorder i get a work from mirosoft telling me this program as encounted a problem and wishes to close. i can copy from my camcorder to hard drive solely (useing cables supplied beside camcorder)
i purchased wot i thought were the correct cable for connecting video player to pinnacle device. can anyone supply information on successful cable type(mine are 20 pin scart to red,yellow,white pin)
