1) If yahoo have a video streaming service, all you involve is a webcam and get your uncle on the other side to connect. You would use Yahoo messenger to do this. I dont give attention to this will be a reliable way as if the nouns gets lost you will hold to set the chat up again on your end.
2) You can use Skype & a trellis cam to do this also but will have same problems as above.
3) You can use Windows Media Encoder (free), connect a camera to your PC and broadcast the live stream. This is much more reliable and the element can be very highly good.
