Having trouble upload video from camcorder?

I have figure out how to get the video on within but for some reason the nouns isn't working. I have tried everything. I hold switched the cables around thinking I may own hooked it up wrong and that didn't work.
I have a Sony Handycam.
The video plays freshly fine on the TV so I'm not sure what I"m doing wrong here.


Answers:    There is sometimes an option on your occupation device (like Dazzle) or in your video editor (Final Cut, Windows Movie Maker, Studio, etc.) for whether you want to introduction audio with your video. Make sure that box is checked since begining capture.

Also check to trademark sure the cables are correctly seated, any matching the colors for composite/component video or connecting fully the Firewire cable to your camera and computer.
