My friend and I both have Mini DV Camcorders (Mine's a Panasonic, and his is a JVC). Around matching time we both seemed to come across like peas in a pod problem with our cameras. At first it be just horizontal blue bar going across the screen, but eventually the picture and audio go out altogether. We bough a Dynex MiniDV Head Cleaner, which restored the picture on the Panasonic, but not the audio. But on the JVC the head cleaner won't even stay inside the cassette tray, it keep ejecting. Is here something wrong with our cameras? Or are they in recent times in call for of a professional cleaning? Has anyone else experienced this problem, and know a way to fix it?

dv audio is digital and record by the same leader that records the video. it seem you have any very dirty or tattered heads. aim professional help.
