I want a camera with well-mannered quitly but i also want it to have a harddrive and can be connected to a computer Via usb.

But i dont want to money alot of it

The problem beside Hard Drive cameras is they export in AVCHD, which most editors enjoy TROUBLE with because it creates unnecessarily ample files. If you are just tape a soccer game and burning to DVD beside the available burners (150 -200 bucks), fine, you can find a TON under 400 bucks

but if you plan on doing editing (making movies) Find a camera that doesn't use AVCHD, such as the Everio splash (GZ7- HD for example)

I've seen them strange for as low as 1100 (not low) but they have a honourable lens, and a lot of instruction manual controls so you can manipulate scene better. (If movie making is your interest) and use MPEG TS technology for easier editing.
