Camcorder models?
Good video, good battery-operated, miniDv format, easy cut feature and transferibility to PC, fitting night mode and accurate sound takeover feature.
My budget is around 300 $ - 400 $.
Can someone recommend moral models ?
I have looked at Sony DCR HC37E, DCR 27E, Samsung VP 371W, VP D371, JVC GR-PA20EZ, Panasonic NVG230.
It will be advantageous if someone can suggest me good models that fits into my criteria?
Answers: No consumer camcorder comes beside a "good battery" within the box - so expect to get a rechargeable large capacity battery-operated.
MiniDV provides the best available video quality, so glad to see you are already here. All miniDV cams transfer video using firewire (IEEE1394, i.Link - so your computer will necessitate a firewire 400 port).
Sony has the built-in infrared emitters - pretty much any camcorder can see contained by no light near external IR emitters.
No consumer camcorder has built-in mics to provide for "obedient sound capture". An external mic hack - better even so, that plus manual audio control surrounded by the camcorder is strongly suggested.
If this is all we win to choose from (and I hope the Sonys have the proprietary Sony Active interface shoe), I would suggest the Sonys - plus an adapter for the moving interface shoe that allow you to plug in an external mic next to a 1/8" jack. I enjoy Panasonic pv-gs320 which has 3CCD which Professional camcorder a have. I think contained by europe is it's nv-gs320.
Other camcorder is Sony DCR-HC 96
Both are miniDV tape, appropriate for editing
For pv-gs320 you can get a no nickname brand battery which end for 5 hours on ebay for $20. I don't know if sony can match this.
Spend little extra dough, you will be beaming in the closing stages.
Get store warranty 2 or 4yrs from a giant store, you won't regret it.
