i wanted to history some skateboard tricks and i wanted to know if i could use any high-ranking megapixel camera to record them near and then verbs them into my computer to slow them down a lot...or to see if any camera could history normally but when you monitor the video it will be in slow motion...

Some Sony camcorders (not still cameras that transpire to take video - real camcorders) own a feature call "smooth slow record", but they only transcript in 3-4 second "bursts" that are slowed down plentifully.
Most video editors can take everyday 29.97 frames per second video and slow that down... pretty much to whatever you want. I know iMovie does - I presume Windows video editors do as powerfully...
