Where can i buy a convertor so i can play 8mm video camera tape surrounded by my vcr?

I have see a device which is basically a vhs video that you put the 8mm tape into and it freshly plays as a normal vhs cartridge.

Any ideas where on earth i can buy one in the uk, preferably online


Answers:    No such luck beside 8mm. You can't do it. You are thinking of the cut down VHS tape VHS-C that be another format compatible with VHS because it used exactly matching width video with like peas in a pod recording method.

You have NOT see a device which you put an 8mm tape into to engineer it into a standard size VHS tape - because no such piece exists and never has - it is unworkable the tape formats are completely incompatible and it can't be done.

You may economically have see an adapter that looks like a VHS video into which you put the compact VHS-C cassettes - these use exactly duplicate tape format but within a smaller cassette - so this can work - but not with 8mm.
