Make video better level?

i have a home made video of kids birthday party but it's impossible quality is there a program i can use to variety it better picture and sound?

Answers:    No. It is what you captured. In the adjectives:

1) NEVER use the camcorder handheld. Always record video when the camcorder is on a tripod, table, chair, or some other stbilizing device.

2) Don't zoom. If you HAVE to, zoom slowly.

3) Don't container. If you HAVE to, pan slowly.

4) Turn on the lights. Most consumer camcorders do not do well within low light because they have small lenses and small imaging chips.

5) For audio, if it be really loud, then the camcorder's built-in mic gain control can't handle it - so at hand is clipping and the audio will sound muddy. Two possible rememdies: (a) replace the camcorder with one that have manual audio control or (b) use a "field recorder" and occupation the audio separately... then replace the video's audio when you edit the video.
