What is the best camera for a 4-year-old girl?

I would like to grasp a camera for my daughter for Christmas (she's almost 5), and although it would be nice if it was durable, I really want something that will print NICE pictures...merely up to a 5x7 would be fine. I'd prefer a flash that can be turned on and off. She also loves pink, so that would be an added bonus. Thanks for your give a hand!! :-)

I wouldn't worry too much roughly speaking the quality at the moment. They are so good that even a elemental one will give nice prints at 5x7. Most of them control the flash automatically turning it on and rotten for you as needed. Most have some form of almanac override if needed. The main cause for my response is lenses.

The most common "broken camera" ask I see here on answers after a year of membership is "Help I dropped my camera and presently the lens won't go contained by or out and it won't take pictures!"

Being 5 years hoary she will most likely drop it at some stage. I be going to recommend a camera without optical zoom (even though optical zoom is better) to avoid a retractable lens, however looking around assorted websites I see they are no longer available.

I would talk to a local camera store in the region of this issue and see what they say
