How can you stifle phone pics to look clearer?
Answers: you can't.you just hold to take a unsullied picture but this time put the settings clearer and or brighter.
i used windows photo examiner. copied the phone made picso n the computer, then within windows photoshop commissioner i increased the contrast. it darkens the picture, but u can receive it lighter adding more ligh. it worked awfully well for me, made really pretty and clear pictures.

There's nil you can really do to make them clearer contained by terms of resolution. Because a phone doesn't hold the resolution of a proper digital camera they will never be truly clear, no matter how much MP it have. But there's not a lot you could do to gain rid of the noise, liberate spending money on professional software.
There are things you can do to make the photo a bit more coherent in vocabulary of lighting, tweak the brightness and contrast.

Is there anything you can do beside a camera to make it dial better.....mine wont dial at adjectives.
I use some software called Microsoft digital model pro, which you can edit you similes on. Theres a function on there that clears up camera phone imagery, but I've never used it as I don't have a camera phone!
