What would be a biddable Canon EOS camera to stat near? (Re-post)?

I used to work as a photographer years ago before digital cameras be really in use. I am looking to receive back surrounded by the game but I own never owned a digital camera and I am not sure what to start with. I entail something easy to cram on but since I am making an investment in the camera I want something that I could eventually use professionally. The empire I will be buying the camera through will get me other on a Canon, if the one I pick is available for them to order, so I am trying to closing date myself to that brand. I want a (I am re-posting toDigital SLR camera so I am looking at the EOS line. Does anyone hold any experience, feedback, or knowledge of these cameras and maybe a good model of which to go near? I would like to stay around $1000 for presently but I would like info on cameras for a time more or less if it is really worth looking into.

Answers:    the XTi offer the best entry level DSLR can give at the moment, in residence of picture quality, lens compatibility (full EF and EF-S lens compatibility, that's 60+ lenses), and trimmings. With a budget of $1000 you can get the XTi, memory card, a wearing clothes bag and a nice lens - best for a start.
You qualify for the Rebel XTI (10 MP as good as ISO 100 film) or if you'd to some extent the XT (it's $700 for a 8 MP which is about as flawless as ISO 200 film) with the KIT LENS unless you'd to some extent BODY ONLY and then it's smaller number, but only ON LINE

You can bearing out a Wal-Mart with both the XT (8 mp) KIT (38-90mm) (AND the 80-300 AE Zoom (on the XT it would be a 115 to 450 as near is a magnification factor for digital) for about $1,000

Or you can way of walking out with the Kit and a foreign outfit (dress, shoes, winter coat) and still have adequate money left to thieve a friend to Applebees and a movie AND pay one month of Digital Cable TV.

The 8 MP one is not a unpromising camera. That 10 MP one is better for cropping and posters but you will leave uncovered and have to SUBWAY It or Mickey D's $1 menu for two and will individual have plenty for one of their $5 DVDs for entertainment (of course if your friend's a guy he won't complain much about any of that!)
You can catch Canon EOS 400D camera kit (with standard lens) around $1000 or smaller amount.

Here in Malaysia, they usually provide the camera kit together near a CF card, tripod, camera bag, cleaning tools and lens filter for less than $1000 (about RM 2800). Those are the essential things you need to start next to a dSLR.

I'm using EOS 400D myself, and find it very suitable for entry level users.

The camera body is not much an issue for dSLRs. What you stipulation to invest is the lens. You can get a mixture of lens (for different effects on your pictures) like the macro, yawning angle, fisheye, telelens. That's what my lecturer told me: Invest on the lens first, consequently if u have the money, upgrade the camera body if u want to.

Hope this help!
